I previously reported an incident where a player named Chiabatta in Valorant was extremely toxic towards me. He took it to a whole new level by IP hacking me and invading my privacy by looking through my personal emails. His behavior went beyond typical in-game toxicity as he made serious threats and wished harm upon my family. This kind of cyberbullying is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. I believe this player should face consequences for his actions and be banned from all gaming platforms. It is important to address this issue to prevent him from doing the same to others and potentially causing serious harm. Thank you for reviewing this matter and I hope appropriate action will be taken to protect the community from such toxic behavior.

Account mit dem Namen SteraksWillen wurde ohne ersichtlichen Grund gesperrt. Während meine Teamkollegen absichtlich schlecht spielen und 0/9 stehen, darf ich anscheinend nicht einmal erwähnen, dass dies absichtliches Fehlverhalten ist. Hi, I'm Adam Reinecker. I received an email informing me that my account has been banned due to the use of third-party software, but I haven't used any. I only downloaded addons for Team Fight Tactics. If there's any third-party software, it might be due to a hack because I am unaware of it. I request you to either unban my account or provide a new account at the same level in TFT. I'm against cheating as it ruins the game's fun. I'm having trouble accessing my account with the username googe1 because my email doesn't seem to match up. I simply need to know the email address associated with the googe1 account to proceed. I've attempted various passwords but always kept the same username. I'm uncertain about the next steps, but having the correct email would be a great start. I don't need the password, just the email address to move forward.

I decided to join Valorant ranked right after Riot introduced it to NA servers. Following placement matches, I ended up in iron 2. Surprisingly, after a victorious game where I earned MVP, I was downgraded to iron 1. I was under the impression that winning a match, especially with an MVP, should not result in a downgrade. Recently, during a 5-man ranked session, I won 9 out of 10 matches, with significant victories like 13-2, 13-5, and 13-1. Despite these wins and a notable increase in my rating for each match, I haven't ranked up. This is puzzling to me, especially because my teammate, with similar KDA and combat score, managed to rank up twice from iron 1 to 3. It feels unfair to be winning games yet not progressing in rank. Seit ich Valorant installiert habe, habe ich Probleme, mich in meinen League of Legends Live Account einzuloggen. Stattdessen werde ich immer auf den PBE umgeleitet, obwohl mir meine Skins und Champions auf dem Live Account wichtiger sind als die auf dem PBE. Ich möchte keinen zweiten Account erstellen, da das als Smurfing betrachtet wird, was weder fair noch erlaubt ist. While playing a 5v5 match on Summoner's Rift, I encountered an issue with a player who reported me causing my account to be banned for 14 days. Despite explaining in the chat that I am new to the game and not very skilled, the player still reported me, leading to the ban. I am confused as this was my first PVP game, and I had only recently started playing the game against bots. I also received a warning for leaving a bot game mid-match when I went to eat, as I couldn't tell my parents to wait until the game was over. I find it unfair that a new player like me has been banned, whereas the person who reported me is free to do it again. I seek assistance in resolving this matter as I genuinely enjoy playing the game, despite my lack of skill.

Hello, I apologize for the interruption, but I have come seeking help. I attempted to resolve an issue with the CZ League of Legends support, however, I now turn to this forum for assistance as every ticket leads to the same person. My account "Scarlet Vampyr" on the EUNE server has been permanently banned after a previous 14-day ban. I played two games after the initial ban, winning one and losing the other. Despite no use of inappropriate language, I received a permanent ban for the second game due to heated conversations and a comment about going AFK that I did not follow through on. The support initially claimed the ban was unwarranted for that specific game, but later cited reasons such as toxicity in other games and arguing through private messages, which I find unjust as these incidents were already addressed with prior punishments. I believe this ban is a result of a misinterpretation or personal biases and not in line with the game's policies. Thank you for your understanding.

Two years ago, my account got banned, which I believe was unjust. I used CAPS to communicate important game strategies to my team, not to be toxic. Everyone has bad days, and I just want to enjoy the game. It's frustrating when teammates don't cooperate or use offensive language. I've encountered players using extremely inappropriate language and yet remain unpunished. I understand I shouldn't be so upset, but I ask for a chance to discuss this live. I recently faced a permanent ban after someone hacked into my account, using it for third-party activities without my consent. I provided evidence of the unauthorized access, hoping for assistance from customer support to prevent a recurrence. Unfortunately, my pleas were disregarded, and two weeks later, I received the ban. It's disheartening to lose access to an account on which I've invested significant time and money due to circumstances beyond my control. I've heard of others facing similar situations with Riot's handling of such cases, but experiencing it firsthand is incredibly frustrating. I am eager to cooperate in demonstrating the breach and proving my innocence, as I understand this is within your capacity. Preserving my account, which holds great personal value, is crucial to me, especially considering the lack of support when I fell victim to hacking.

I encountered difficulties accessing my account during the initial lockdown phase. The issue persisted despite restarting my internet and computer, leading me to believe it was due to connectivity problems. Despite daily attempts over a week, the "Check Connection/VPN" error continued. Changing my password allowed me to log in, but unfortunately, my account was banned for alleged use of third-party software, a claim I vehemently refute. My account holds significant personal investment in terms of time and money in the game, and I am eager to resolve this misunderstanding as I have never engaged in cheating in League of Legends. I purchased [redacted] RP for $35 and gifted my friend an Ezreal skin for about [redacted] RP. I then attempted to gift my brother the Project Jhin skin, but he is currently banned. I was not aware that banned players couldn't receive skins as this is my first time spending money on League of Legends. I tried to purchase the Project Jhin skin for him twice, but encountered error messages both times. I realized later that I now have around [redacted] RP remaining, even though I only bought the Ezreal skin for my friend. I am unsure where the rest of my RP went and I am curious if it will be returned after my brother's ban is lifted. My summoner name is FakeSouljin, I play on the North American server, and I returned to playing in Season 9 after last playing in Season 3. Keep up the good work!

I recently lost access to an account I've had for years (since around the end of season 6, maybe when Taliyah was released). Unfortunately, it's linked to an old email address for which I've forgotten both the email and password. I'd like to update the account to my current email, [redacted] The account I'm trying to recover is named Ianplayer1. I mainly play Jhin but can also play ADC; a friend gifted me the High Noon Jhin skin, and I believe his username is Animeidiot. I was active on Valorant a few months back, playing around 12-15 games, including carrying a game as Jett. I'm eager to reunite with friends Gamermer and SKT FML for some Valorant matches. A few days ago, I encountered an issue with signing into Valorant to play. The problem seems to be related to creating my Riot/League of Legends account while connected to a VPN in Germany in an attempt to get a beta key. Although I could play with the account after Valorant's general release, recently, I started receiving an error stating "couldn't connect to the internet." I tried accessing Valorant support to switch my region back to India in hopes of resolving the issue, but encountered difficulties. Despite my internet connection being fine, I am unable to access any Riot Games websites, receiving an error message stating "this site can't be reached" or experiencing very slow response times. I am unsure of the exact cause of the problem and would appreciate prompt assistance.

While playing League of Legends as usual, I was determined to reach the gold elo rank. Unfortunately, my teammates began to perform poorly, causing me to feel frustrated. Despite my efforts to remain calm, I ended up using inappropriate language in the chat due to my increasing tilt. Regrettably, my teammates responded with hurtful comments about my family. Feeling remorseful, I entered the queue for another game with the intention of improving my behavior. To my dismay, I received a notification that my account had been permanently banned. This news left me devastated as I had invested five years and over $[redacted] on skins and events. The realization that I had lost everything due to a moment of anger was difficult to accept. I am only sixteen years old, and now I have no new phone or nice clothes because I spent all my money on League of Legends skins. I hope Riot Games will reconsider their decision and give me a second chance, as I acknowledge my mistake and am willing to change my behavior.

Dear Riot Games, Hello! I participated in the beta using the username "mhmd7k#[redacted]" but when I returned to playing Valorant recently, my progress was gone. I created a new account "cool allah#[redacted]," made purchases, and played matches. Yesterday, after an update, I got logged out and my "cool allah#[redacted]" account disappeared, reverting to "mhmd7k#[redacted]." Despite both accounts being linked to the email "[redacted]," only "mhmd7k#[redacted]" shows up when I log in. I had a challenging experience in a solo queue ranked game tonight during my promos. One player, named "Jeffrey Epstein," had a profoundly offensive name and engaged in unsportsmanlike conduct by feeding the enemy team and selling items for sapphire crystals. This player has a history of intentionally losing matches and seems to be lowering their account ranking on purpose. The lack of consequences for this behavior is frustrating, and I believe this account should be permanently banned to uphold fair play. My summoner name is caetlyn, and I urge Riot to take action against players who continuously disrupt the game for others.

I experienced harassment in a game where a player intentionally fed and farmed in my lane as a form of punishment. I attempted to communicate with them regarding missing calls in the chat, but they ignored me, leading to my suspension. Despite my team confirming my version of events, I was suspended while the culprit went unpunished. I believe my suspension should be lifted as I was the victim in this situation. I urge for a reconsideration of my suspension, as I did not engage in any wrongdoing. It is frustrating that the wrong perspective is being considered in my case, which seems to be a recurring issue in this game.
