I want to report an incident during a ranked game that involved a player named Wiggly Sticks. I switched from top lane to support to help out the team, but the ADC I was supporting rage quit at level 4. He was streaming, and everyone in the game saw him switch to another account to ruin more games before returning to the original one he quit on. Despite all 9 players reporting him, there was no leaver buster queue activated. The player, Wiggly Sticks, has apparently done this before, according to his stream. My in-game name is Beefyboii56/Colin, and I have spoken with the others in the game who agree that this behavior should be disciplined further than just a two-week ban. About six or seven years ago, I started playing League of Legends and made friends while progressing through levels. Dealing with emotional issues, I unfortunately took it out on others in the game, leading to penalties. I told my friends that the account was given to me, out of habit. Recently, after moving from Hong Kong to Canada for university, my account was suspended for 'suspicious activity'. In a chat with a Riot employee, I unintentionally confirmed the account wasn't mine, leading to a ban. Despite trying to explain, I felt unfairly treated based on a verbal confession. I hope Riot can investigate using evidence like IP checks rather than relying solely on a casual remark.

I need assistance regarding my Riot points being used without my permission and my account being banned due to suspected hacking. Despite having the account for over a decade and investing money into it, I now face this issue. I have previously requested help for account hacking via another email. My game sessions were abruptly ended multiple times, indicating unauthorized access. No one else knows my password, so I am puzzled as to how this is happening. I received a 14-day suspension in my client for trolling because I took Smite in a non-jungle game. The whole team decided to troll by all going Smite due to one player insisting on going jungle and others following suit. Feeling pressured by their toxic behavior and the game being chaotic, I joined in. I regret my actions and promise not to repeat them. Kindly review the chat logs of the game for clarification. I deeply care about this game and request the removal of the suspension from my account.

Unfortunately, my account got banned due to a break-in incident in my dorm room. I was away traveling home for a medical appointment and only found out the next day about the intrusion. The intruders managed to compromise my Google and Windows accounts, leading to the suspension. I can provide evidence of my trip through medical documents and train ticket stubs. Hello, During my last ranked flex game before my suspension, the friendly banter turned ugly when the enemy team began using racist slurs in Portuguese. I responded aggressively, feeling caught off guard and upset by their behavior. I acknowledge my reaction led to my suspension, and I take responsibility for it. However, it concerns me that the other players involved may not have faced consequences according to your privacy policy. On March 26, [redacted], I boarded a train leaving Debrecen, Hungary at 3:31PM to visit my ill grandfather after seeing a doctor for my own health concerns. The next day, I returned from Karcag at 11:41AM to find my dorm room ransacked with my clothes strewn about, my mobile phone missing, and my laptop tampered with. Numerous applications and files were deleted from my laptop, and it had a virus. Upon logging into my League of Legends account, I discovered it had been suspended, which was distressing as it held great value to me. An IT expert suggested that the intrusion may have occurred due to the shared internet source at the dormitory, leaving the IP address vulnerable. I possess proof of my doctor's visit and train tickets for verification if needed.

I outlined my issue on this forum post: [Link redacted] To summarize: - On January 6, [redacted], I paid $70 to Riot Games to resolve a negative balance due to a dispute. - On April 30, [redacted], upon login, I was informed of a purchase dispute, though none existed. My account was suspended for owing $0, despite no disputes with my bank or PayPal. - Upon contacting Riot Support, I learned the $70 payment was reversed without my request. However, neither my bank, PayPal, nor Riot were contacted for this reversal, and I don't have the $70 in any account. - Despite providing substantial evidence of my innocence and the wrongful termination of my account, two support tickets were dismissed as errors on Riot's part. - I want to converse directly with a Riot representative to resolve this issue. - Riot has declined to provide proof of the reversal, leading me to believe they misplaced the payment and are penalizing me instead of accepting accountability.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with remakes in games. When playing solo, a player disconnected, and I initiated a remake vote, but the others ignored it and continued as a 4-player team. I prefer not to play a 4v5 game, as Riot's policy advocates for 5v5 matches, and I don't want to risk punishment for leaving since I did nothing wrong. In ranked games and competitive team settings, it's essential to have a full team of 5 players. I don't understand why random players should control whether I stay in the game through a remake vote. I believe the Remake option may conflict with EU and UK consumer laws and UK Gambling Law. As a player and customer of your game, I would like clarification on the legal basis for the remake option.

I came across a Reddit thread discussing the permaban system and find it unjust. I received a 14-day ban straight to a permanent ban without the chance others had. My only instance of toxicity resulted in a permanent ban instead of a chat restriction. It feels unfair that others get more opportunities while I didn't receive the same treatment. Riot, please reconsider and give me another chance. I promise to behave better. Last year, you randomly unbanned permabanned players, so why not me? The standard progression of two chat restrictions, followed by a 14-day ban, didn't apply to me, leaving me with only two chances. Please review my case and lift the ban. I am willing to wait and improve. I hope for a genuine response this time, not a generic one.

I wasn't at home for a few days, and when I logged into my account after a while, I found out that I was suspended for two weeks due to a violation of the Zero Tolerance policy against sexism, homophobia, and xenophobia. This behavior can lead to a two-week or permanent suspension according to Riot's policy. Upon checking my chat log from the game that led to my permanent ban, it seemed that none of the mentioned behaviors were displayed. The player on my account got upset because someone was intentionally feeding and went AFK. I was not online at the time, and I usually mute everyone and rarely engage in toxic behavior. I'm asking Riot to consider that I was not using the account during the incident and to give me a chance to demonstrate that I have reformed.

I am a League of Legends player who has experienced issues with player support. I have received only scripted messages after being permanently banned on one account and chat banned on another. I believe I have not violated any significant rules according to your terms of service. It appears non-toxic players like myself are being removed from the community while toxic players go unpunished. I am considering visiting Riot Games in LA to address these matters in person. I feel that justice for players is necessary, especially when a solo player is reported by a duo unfairly. Despite receiving support from my stream viewers for my positivity and constructive criticism, I have been penalized based on auto-responses that discourage criticism. Hello, I've been a dedicated player of this game and the company. I originally played on the LAN server and faced two suspensions. Following my reform, I decided to start fresh on the NA server. Unfortunately, I received a permanent suspension there. Despite being assured by LAN support that my account would be cleared of penalties, my account ended up permabanned. During a game, I unintentionally spoke Spanish in all chat, leading to racism and harassment from a 5-man premade team. Reacting by calling them "trash" was a mistake. I reported them, muted them, and even had a friend threaten to report me for fun. Minutes after the game, my account was permabanned, and my girlfriend left me over this incident. I admit my mistake in retaliating but believe a permaban is excessive. I'm seeking help to appeal this decision. I assure Riot Games that I will disable All chat to maintain a positive attitude. Hello, I recently received a 14-day ban from Riot and I'm quite confused. I invest in your games and don't understand why I'm being permanently banned. This account is essential to me. I reported a player for feeding without using any profanity, and it seems the focus is on banning me instead of addressing the issue. I've encountered several trolls, reported them, and received successful feedback, yet my accounts continue to be banned. I've been a long-time player with around 10 accounts, and this is my main one. The banning system seems flawed, especially when I'm penalized for minor infractions due to my past history. I received a notice stating that I was accused of "griefing and intentionally feeding." I was playing with a group of four premade players, except for our jungler. I was experimenting with a new strategy inspired by high elo Kennen player Rime, who starts with E to invade the enemy at level 1 for Klepto procs. I did not intend to int, and you can confirm this with Queenkrix or Darth. While I did follow the Udyr for a bit after he ganked me, it was because he banned my Akali in champ select. I then took the herald to use top lane against Riven. Please reconsider my ban, as only one person suffered from our premade group. I know them personally, and I also purchased the pass, so I hope to continue playing without any issues.
