ABS LLC has been recently charged an extra fee that we aim to offset against our upcoming services, given our ongoing relationship. We seek a detailed, written resolution to this matter to address it thoroughly. We appreciate the efforts of the Welcome Back team in providing incentives for ABS LLC to continue as a customer, and we hope these offers can also be considered in resolving this issue effectively.

ABS LLC was recently charged more than expected, and we are in the process of resolving this matter to use it for future services since we are active customers. We would greatly appreciate receiving a detailed written resolution for this issue. The Welcome Back team has kindly extended some offers to encourage ABS LLC to continue our partnership, and we would like to explore these incentives too.

I have a fax-only account with the number [redacted], which I've had for over 10 years. After installing the latest RingCentral software, I am unable to receive faxes, and callers are greeted with a mailbox full message. When trying to make a call from my iPhone, I am prompted to use my fax number. It seems my account is no longer dedicated to faxing. I have contacted customer service through chat without success. Please address this issue as I was expecting an important fax from my bank. Kindly reach out to me at [redacted] to resolve the problems with my fax-only account.

We have encountered an issue with our outgoing calls being rejected due to RingCentral's Robocall Filter. Our brand, the Child Support Lien Network, collaborates with state governments to handle child support withholding orders with insurance companies and financial institutions. When attempting to contact certain companies who are RingCentral customers from our main phone number (1-[redacted]), our calls are being blocked with a message stating: "Call will be disconnected since your number is associated with robo calling." All of our outbound calls have full SHAKEN/STIR attestation and are recognized as legitimate by the Free Caller Registry (FirstOrion, Hiya, and TNS). We are seeking assistance in either whitelisting our number or obtaining guidance on the vendor used for spam call filtering by RingCentral.
