I ordered *x spare quick release battery packs from the ring website, invoice number *** ***** issue date ** Nov ** on ** Nov **. The value of the order was £**.**. On Friday ** Nov ** I received a delivery best described as shoe box in size from Ring containing only *x quick release battery pack. The consignment dispatch note in the box detailed *x units were picked * dispatched. at approximately ****hrs on Friday ** Nov ** I telephoned Ring customer support on ***** ******.I was connected to a helpdesk operative almost immediately however once I explained the situation and my displeasure I was placed on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. In total I was on the call to the Ring helpdesk for **x minutes. I was finally informed that the outstanding *x quick release battery packs would be dispatched to my home address which was the address as per my order. I have previously purchased the Ring Doorbell * and *x ring Battery CCTV units. I made my purchase for spare batteries via Ring in expectation of a more professional service and genuine parts dispatched correctly and in god time, sadly my trust was misplaced. I was considering a third battery CCTV unit but am seriously reconsidering this expenditure. I would require confirmation that the outstanding quick release battery packs have been dispatched and an ETA ref delivery. Clearly I am far from happy with the customer service o date.
