I recently used my Ricoh WG-M1 for the first time last week, and unfortunately, it leaked and now it won't turn on. This happened while snorkeling at a maximum depth of about 2m. The camera worked for about 20 minutes and then stopped. Upon opening the back, we found it was full of water, with corroded battery contacts and a leaking battery. Despite allowing it to dry, the entire unit is now non-functional. This left me without a camera for the rest of my holiday. I am requesting a full refund for the product, as I am not interested in a replacement due to the lack of confidence in its reliability. A few years ago, we purchased 2 Savin [redacted] machines from Hadley in Wausau, WI. Since Marco took over, the service agreement pricing increased significantly, leading us to choose not to extend the agreement. We were informed that the machines would still be serviced, with billing for parts and labor. Now, one device requires a maintenance kit replacement, but when contacting Marco in Wausau WI, I received an email stating servicing requires a service agreement. They recommended finding a servicing company online. I am reaching out to Ricoh for help as I couldn't locate a suitable company to work on our device. We have been experiencing difficulties with our orders not reaching us despite repeated attempts. I have contacted the company multiple times without a solution, leading to inconvenience and even running out of toner. An order placed on March 3rd with tracking number 1Z6VV[redacted][redacted] has not been received, and due to restrictions, I am unable to resolve it with the delivery service. I am seeking assistance in resolving this ongoing issue promptly. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated, and I would like to escalate this to ensure a lasting solution. Thank you.

As a long-time fan of RICOH GR cameras, I recently purchased the new GRIII model. Upon unboxing, I discovered that Bluetooth does not work with iOS 12.3.1 and the WiFi feature does not allow for camera control as advertised. This information was not disclosed during the purchase or when downloading the Image Sync app. When attempting to use the shooting option in the app, a message stating, "This function is not supported," appears without any further explanation or feedback channel provided. I am disappointed by the lack of transparency in this matter and find it unacceptable when purchasing a product in good faith. Unfortunately, contacting Customer Support in Japan is only possible through a paid hotline with no email or chat options available. Despite my attempts, the hotline support refused any request for compensation. I received an email days later from customer support mentioning a fix would be available in early August.

We are currently experiencing a range of unresolved issues related to our printing equipment. Stan's Office Supply has informed us that they have raised these concerns with Ricoh and are awaiting their response. However, we have not received any recent updates from Stan's beyond the fact that they are waiting for Ricoh's input. As a representative of the print center team and NM, I am reaching out in an attempt to seek clarity and resolution without encountering unnecessary obstacles. It would be greatly appreciated if Ricoh could provide some feedback on the following longstanding issues: - Mixed media settings issue since August 13, [redacted] (13 months open) - Paper jams causing the machine to continue printing according to Fiery since August 25, [redacted] (23 months open) - Brightness malfunction when APPE is selected since March 12, [redacted] (17 months open) - Unresponsive Command Workstation post-imposing and failure to load new jobs since February 4, [redacted] (7 months open) - Calibration degradation and properties loss, with automatic changes to creation dates since October 15, [redacted] (9 months open)

I am the original owner of a Ricoh Theta S camera that has worked flawlessly for about 15 uses. Yesterday (9.16.19), I attempted to use it, but it wouldn't turn on despite being well taken care of and always charged. After troubleshooting, it still won't power up or connect via USB to update the firmware. I discovered online that others have faced similar issues dating back to [redacted]. I value my camera and am eager to get it functioning properly again. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I am seeking confirmation regarding the deletion of a fax destination and subsequent re-registration with a preceding "9" in the number. The destination name is visible in the address book under registration number 22, but I cannot locate it in Fax (classic) nor does it display on the screen. Our company relies on this number for faxing purposes, and it’s crucial for it to be readily accessible. I received an email from ADP stating our team's time cards were not approved, although I completed this task last Friday, August 13th. Today, after my team raised concerns, I contacted Payroll and spoke with Chris at 9:09. She assured me that if all time cards were approved, they should be paid correctly and on time. However, I find the ADP interface confusing and challenging to navigate. Recently, I acted as a delegate for another manager, and that process was equally complicated. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the tool and the time it takes to pay our employees. My focus should be on sales-related matters, not dealing with these issues.
