I need to confirm whether I deleted a fax destination and then registered the same number with a (*) first. The destination name I gave it shows in the address book under registration number **. However, when I go to Fax (classic), that registration number is not found. The destination name also does not show up on the Fax (classic) screen. Our company needs this frequently used number to show up so the user can just press the destination name to transmit a fax. I printed out what I thought were step by step instructions from a manuel for our particular multi-functional printer that I found on the web. I followed the instructions but it's not working out as i'd hoped. We have a Ricoh MP ****. Please let me know if you have questions or require additional information. I hope you can provide step by step directions to resolve this as soon as possible. Thank you!
