The printer is not printing. All of the cords are plugged in properly, I have reset it, and when I push print it makes a noise like it is going to print but nothing happens. The blue light that looks like a lightening bolt flashes, but that is all. I look at the printer on the desktop and it does not show any jobs have been submitted to be printed. There is paper in it and should be working. It is printer series SP ***.
GetHuman-pinkyada did not yet indicate what Ricoh should do to make this right.
