I have a Ricoh Aficio MP ****. My scanner has stopped working (printing and copying fine) and the software engineers at AVG Premium Technical Support say that I have to contact you to ask if it is impossible to scan from a PC with a Windows ** Operating System to a Ricoh Aficio MP ****. I have been struggling without the scanner since ** January ****. It worked fine the day before then suddenly came up 'error'. I have had Ricoh distributers out to look at it and they said I needed a software engineer and he says I need information from you!. The serial number is M**********. H Richmond
