Dear support person,**We had the water heater * years ago, and recently we have a water bill problem with the city and they shut the water off for awhile. We have straighten out with them and ready to turn on the water heater, but the pilot would lit. A technician suggests to replace with new control valve because the gas does not pass through when we depress the button. I hope the unit is still under warranty.
