I purchased Revlon color hair silk in the shade ** dark Ash blonde and the little colorant was missing which was extremely upsetting , I have very limited free time so today was my day off and I was going to take advantage and dye my hair. I have been a loyal Revlon customer for years and never had something like this happen to me before, it completely caught me off guard and I'm upset I have roots, I live in the middle of the country and the store I bought from is far away. I'm pissed about this whole stress this has caused and my hair looks like **** still. I would like a replacement of the product at the very least and some coupons at the least. I have been trying to call and nobody answers. It says they are on a holiday and call back after the ** . Like what the ****. Might just switch companies after this mess
