I signed up for a ** month retro fitness membership in July of ****. However* I went away for college and was never able to use my membership. I called my local club to cancel my membership in which they told me that I had to come in to cancel it. Unfortunately, being that I was away at school I was unable to go in and asked them to freeze it for * months in May in which they did and the guy said I would still have to repay the remaining * months that were frozen in August, September, and October then my ** month membership should’ve been up and I did not want to renew it. However, they have still been charging my account for the months of October, November and now I just got charged the annual fee of $**. Therefore, they have taken $** from my account when I never chose to renew my membership. How do I get my money back?
