I am trying to purchase three certificates for the Hickory Grill, but I keep encountering a problem with my credit card information during checkout. The website prompts me with an error message stating, "There was an error processing your credit card. Please review your credit card and billing information and place your order again." Despite multiple attempts, I consistently receive this message. Can you please provide guidance on how to proceed? Thank you.

On June 20, [redacted], I bought a $[redacted] Restaurant.com eGift Card for $30, and also purchased 2 movie tickets. The movie tickets arrived, but I'm struggling to receive the $[redacted] eGift Card. I got a Voucher number [redacted] for my Order ID [redacted]42. It says the eGift Card would be sent to my email address within 24-48 hours from purchase. I have not received it yet. I have two email addresses: [redacted] and [redacted] Please let me know which email address the eGift Card was sent to and when. Also, please explain how to use it as I'm not very tech-savvy. I purchased a certificate from your website on June 14, [redacted]. The certificate number is #[redacted]37. Today, when I tried to use it, I was informed that it was not accepted at the restaurant. I ended up having to borrow money from my dad to pay for a $53 bill because the voucher was not valid and their credit card machine wasn't working either. This was a very embarrassing situation for me. I am extremely upset about this, especially because I see that these vouchers are still being sold on your site. I hope you can understand my frustration and address this matter promptly. Thank you.

I recently bought an ultimate date night package on Groupon, but encountered issues during payment. Despite not showing any purchases in my Groupon deals, I repeatedly tried to buy the package. After a while, I discovered that I unintentionally ended up with three date night packages plus one pending, which is financially burdensome for me as a single parent. This was meant to be a special gift for my husband's birthday, but now it has caused financial strain. Additionally, the specified restaurants listed on the deal were not accepting the Groupon, adding to the disappointment.

I received an email regarding a certificate for a restaurant that is no longer part of the program. The restaurant in question is Makkara. The email provides instructions on how to exchange the certificate from my account for free. It suggests contacting the restaurant in advance or exchanging the certificate for another deal. Hello, I am Shahab Namir. On 10/14, I tried to validate two $25 certificates on a restaurant promotion card from restaurant.com at Kabul Kabob House. The restaurant owner informed me I could only use one per month, so I used one. When I presented the second certificate, the owner said it had already been redeemed, which shouldn't be the case since both were purchased together for use there. I was charged $20 to validate both, but one was mistakenly considered redeemed. I request a $10 refund for the unused certificate #[redacted]86. There seems to be a mix-up with the validation. I visited San Luis Rey Bakery in Oceanside, California this morning after receiving a T-Mobile Tuesday $25 gift certificate for restaurants.com. When I tried to use the certificate, the waitress informed me that only one $5 certificate could be used per table, even though I believed I could use multiple. The terms specify that I must spend $10 to use each $5 certificate, not that only one can be used per table. I am disappointed with this experience at San Luis Rey Mission Bakery and feel misled. I would like to address this situation further.

I purchased a $[redacted] gift card for $[redacted] from restaurant.com with the intention of using it on a cruise. Unfortunately, I discovered that only $50 of the card can be applied towards the cruise expenses. Additionally, the card can only be used for restaurant deals, not for other activities like movies on the website. After contacting them for a refund, I was denied. I then attempted to redeem the card for certificates, but the locations are not convenient for me. I am finding it impractical to use the certificates and feel frustrated. I am seeking assistance in obtaining a refund for this situation as it seems unreasonable that I am unable to utilize the value of the gift card more effectively.

Seagrove Family Restaurant in Seagrove, North Carolina, and Westmoore’s Family Restaurant in Seagrove, NC, are both listed as participating locations for Restaurant.com certificates. Unfortunately, Westmoore’s is no longer in operation, and Seagrove Family Restaurant does not honor the certificates. It would be beneficial for Restaurant.com to ensure that the listed restaurants regularly accept certificates to avoid confusion and inconvenience for customers in the future. Thank you, Hugh M.

I recently bought the DiningDiscount card and have used it three times. Unfortunately, on two occasions, the staff at different locations seemed unaware of the program. Despite initially saying they didn't accept it, they eventually honored the discount after I showed them the certificate. This situation caused me embarrassment. The lack of awareness happened again at another place. The staff there also initially refused to honor the certificate, creating another uncomfortable situation. I had to insist and wait for their confirmation to apply the discount. I even had to show them the certificate details and expiration date. This recurring issue raises concerns about whether these restaurants are informed about their participation in the program. It's frustrating to face these awkward encounters repeatedly.

Hello, I purchased two certificates from restaurant.com on Cyber Monday using a coupon. Unfortunately, when I tried to use them at the store, they informed me that they do not accept the certificates. Some of the staff members were unaware of the promotion as well. I received a $25 promotion card from Verizon for restaurant.com. After trying to redeem it for $24 in gift cards on their website, I found that my debit card was charged instead. I attempted to exchange a certificate printed on 5/14/19 for Mt. Fuji Japanese Sushi and Habachi in Littleton, CO, but did not use it as it was only for dinner meals. On 5/26/19, I received an email reminder that the certificate was unredeemed. When given the options to redeem now or later, I chose to redeem later. However, my account now displays no information. How can I retrieve my $25 certificate?

I've been attempting to exchange old certificates for a new one at Magiamo's in Paramus using a $50 code. I prefer not to sign up for any additional services, even if it's just for a dollar and can be canceled at any time. It's frustrating that it's challenging to get assistance without having to spend more money and then having to go through the hassle of canceling. If you're unable to assist me, please let me know. I have contacted RDC Help twice, attaching three vouchers (two $10 and one $5) and the receipt showing the restaurant only credited $10. Could you please re-credit $15 worth of Ashim's restaurant vouchers to my account? The cashier mentioned contacting restaurant.com for help. Despite having $25, I was only able to use one voucher per visit and received credit for only one $10 voucher instead of all three. Thank you, Jackie A.

However, upon arriving home, we discovered that one order of rice was missing from our takeout. After contacting the restaurant about the oversight, we received an explanation that was quite unusual and unsatisfactory. It was mentioned that the rice for the two separate entrée orders had been combined, contrary to each order coming with its own rice, as stated on the menu. Additionally, we encountered a problem with using a restaurant.com gift card, which was unexpected as your establishment is listed as a participating restaurant. Despite these issues, we still paid for our meal.
