I purchased an e gift card at restaurant.com. On **** or **** and I paid $** to get $** e-gift card but I never received an email with a code from restaurant.com. The restaurant asked me for the code, i only showed the waitress the picture showing I purchased the egiftcard but they couldn’t apply it because I needed to activate the code. I was very upset. It was my first tine purchasing through restaurant.com and I am not happy not being able to use the e-gift card. I want my money back .
I trust that Restaurant.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
