A week ago, our yard waste cart was picked up. My wife called, and was told someone called to have it picked up. Not true. Said they would deliver a new one. Didn't happen. Called again today, new excuse was management decided to discontinue providing this service in our area. No phone calls. No mailers. Said a voice mail was left after initial complaint. No true. We have been loyal customers and a good and timely payor. This treatment represents terrible customer service. Customer service rep couldn't have cared less when I called. Wow! Will anyone care enough to fix this? Or at least apologize? If not, going shopping for a new service provider. We have choices. Jeff and Penni Groves, **** S. Pickwick Ave., Springfield, MO *****.
