Last week my trash pick up was missed. I called on Monday because I went to put my trash in for my normal pick up and my trash can was full. I realize they missed it last week. So I called the customer service was helpful and told me to place my extra bags next to my bin and they would get them all today. Came home and only my bin was empty and they didn’t take the bags. I called again and today I got a guy who was extremely rude and told me I would have to pay for my bags because I didn’t call the day after they missed my pick up last week. I said why when I was told they would be picked up today. He said that is incorrect. He was so rude I asked to speak with a supervisor and he told me it would be ** minute wait. I said ok then he stayed to tell me that nobody will help me. I asked for the second time to speak with a supervisor and he hung up the phone on me.
