August **st **** I booked a car at Malaga Airport.I am **yrs old and slightly disabled.Ipaid you £***.** for a small automatic.On arrival at the airport there was no rep from your company and the young spanish gent pushing me in a wheelchair asked all reps for your location and nobody knew of you.The following day your rep Adama was contacted by my friend Marie Ucedo .On return home I have tried to obtain a refund without success.Yesterday my grandaughter was trawling through my mobile phone and found that you had sent me a message on my nobile on how to obtain the car.The problem is that that phone was in Spain ,left there when after ** weeks lockdown there the Foreign Office arranged a flight for me from Gibraltar,In the rush my mobile phone was left in hire car and was recovered by me in september ****.Yesterday my grandaughter was clearing that phone and told me there was a message from you re obtaining the car.I must confess that to me ,at that time a ** yrs old it was gobbledegook as I have little I T ability.
