I booked a car for my mom twice with rentalcars and the first was booked on the wrong date and the second wasn’t able to be rented by my mom due to a balance issue on her credit card, but I paid In advance for her insurance both time and unfortunately wasn’t able to use the credit towards the car that was rented, I’m asking for a refund for both times I was charged for insurance, I paid because my mom had a family emergency, her Brother is dying from brain cancer and only has weeks to live so I paid for her trip but I am not financially wealthy and would truly appreciate a refund, the first was with my husbands card (Anthony Garcia) the second was with my card (Brandi Samson) I booked the car under my moms name (Victoria Samson and it was to be picked up @ Columbus international airport in Ohio, the first rentals reference number is (*********) the second rentals reference number is (*********) you can contact me at ************
