Bonjour.*Le *er septembre j'ai lou* un v*hicule, num*ro de r*servation *********, pour le * septembre.*Le * septembre j'ai annul* cette r*servation, num*ro de dossier annulation ********.*On m'a dit que sous ** jours environ, je devais recevoir un mail pour remboursement avec des frais d'annulation d'environ ** euros.*Nous sommes le *er Octobre et je n'ai toujours rien re*u.*Pendant ce temps j'ai appel* avec beaucoup de difficult*s un de vos services, j'ai envoy* des mails. *Et la r*ponse hier *tait de me dire que nous serions rembours*s de rien. *Je ne comprends pas pourquoi. D'autant plus que j'ai appel* la veille, donc un jour avant. Je ne conteste pas les frais d'annulation, mais je conteste le fait que l'on ne me rembourse rien du tout. *Ma question est comment je dois faire. *D'autant plus que j'ai fait cette r*servation car j'allais voir ma M*re * ***kms qui *tait souffrante, donc pas pour des vacances.*J'esp*re que vous voudrez bien prendre en consid*ration ma demande. *Dans l'attente de vous lire.
