Please refund my $ ***.** payment for Group ICAR, Rate Code: RentalCars, Confirmation Number RCV*******, and Booking Reference *********.**This payment has been in dispute for over a month with American Express with an American Express Block on Contract for additional fees for my Card Ending in *****.** $ ***.I am an elderly disabled veteran who had a heart attack and cancer who lives in Queens NY City. I was supposed to go to LA, but my physician told me it was too risky to go, so over a month ago, I canceled my Delta Flight * **** Airline Reservation and my reservation with ACE Rent A Car (Rentalcars.com). As I got no reply from ACE Rental and Rentalcars.com after several dozen attempts (closed due to Coronavirus), I got American Express involved who put a dispute on the $ ***.** charge. Today, I finally reached Nelson at the ACE Call Center, who said they knew about the cancellation of my rental car, but that for refund I must call Rentalcars.com who again can not be reached by phone.
