You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-anasvete's own words
To whom it may concern,*I rented a car through your company last month on the **th of February ****, through from AVIS in Malta, with a prior payment fully charged and exclamation that all fees were included in the price.**During our rent we have received a parking fine that we paid ourselves the same day we received it and informed the workers of the situation upon returning the car.**The car was returned with a full tank, in the same clean state we've picked it up without any extra car damage that would need extra charge.**However, on the **th February **** I was charged an extra **,**€ without notice or explanation from Avis.**How can I proceed? I tried contacting Avis but without luck.
