Rental Car from Thrifty Reference Number *********. I was to pick up the rental car Monday May ** at BWI International Airport. I was flying in from Orlando FL. I was due in BWI at *:** p.m., my plane was delayed three times because of bad weather, I finally boarded after *:** p.m. Multiple times I tried speaking with a rep from Rentalcars.com - when I explained my dilemna - the lady told me there was nothing she could do about it. I did not have a number for Thrifty. When I finally landed at BWI it was **:** p.m. almost **:**. There wasn't anyone or anything directions where I could find Thrifty - I asked a cab driver where Thrifty Car Rental was - he pointed here - there - being new in the area, I simply did not know where to go at the late hour. He offered to take me to my hotel in his cab for an exuberant price, I declined. I called my friend who lives in Jessup, I told her I couldn't find the car rental and would she mind picking me up at this late hour. I was lost as what to do. She came. I arrived at the hotel a bit before midnight. With no phone numbers it was an impossibility to contact Thrifty. I do hope your company will understand what happened to me, an ** year old woman, and may I find favor with God and your company as I prayerfully ask that you do not charged for the car that I never picked up. I thank you for your consideration with this unfortunate occurrence. Thank you very much.
