Reference Number:***********I have just returned from a family wedding in Scotland where I had booked a rental car with your company for the weekend. When we arrived to pick up the car there was a problem with the credit card as my Husband who was the designated driver doesn't have a credit card. We said to the gentleman dealing with us that I could get a photograph of my credit card off my Daughter at home to pay with mine but he point blank refused to accept this method. He then proceeded to give us a price list of protection we could pay for instead. I had taken out the the required insurance policy and for the life of me could not understand why I had to pay these extra fees to cover my weekend rental when I had paid for a full insurance policy. We weren't the only people this had happened to that day as my nephew had the same issue earlier on that day and another couple who had shared the taxi from the airport were told that as they were late because of flight delay they had given their car to someone else but offered them a * seater with extra costs on top. *I am appalled at the service that has been provided and obviously this isn't a single incident. We ended up refusing to take the vehicle and this put us in a very difficult position for the entire weekend and ruined plans we had made to visit Family. I would appreciate someone contacting me regarding this shambles of a situation I now find myself in to see what steps I need to take to make an official complaint.**Yours Angrily*Mrs Deborah Davies
