We rented a car through rental cars.com at Amersterdam. Voucher number *********. We didn't know there wouldn't be unlimited mileage. This detail was concealed. We had to pick up the car, because the Alamo*Enterprise agent said she couldn't do anything about it* that we had to go through Rental Cars.com. Rental Cars.com said since we picked up the car already and it's prepaid, they can't help us. Catch **. We want to get a prorated refund, and drop off the car now in Copenhagen or perhaps in Berlin tomorrow the next day. We want to then rent a car with unlimited mileage.
GetHuman2952096 did not yet indicate what Rentalcars.com should do to make this right.
