Before contacting them, items GetHuman-sumsam may need:
Who made the booking, Booking reference, Billing address, Email address on the account, and Loyalty program number (if applicable)

You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-sumsam's own words
They refuse to refund the $**.** deposit I paid, in good faith, for a car rental in Ft. Myers, Fl in July ****. Nowhere in the initial reservation phase did they state that the deposit was non-refundable (it seems it's in the small print in their terms and conditions). Part of the reason I originally booked this car rental was that it showed free cancellation up to a certain date. I knew our plans might change, and they did, so I no longer needed to rent a car since we decided to drive ourselves. I want the $**.** deposit refunded, and would suggest they advertise their no-refund policy more clearly when people first make the reservation. It's good business sense, and also not fair to the customer who thinks cancellation of a reservation is completely free! Maybe $**.** doesn't seem like a big amount, but I'm on a limited income and can't afford to pay for services I didn't receive. It's also the principle of stating up front the refund (or not) policies. Please help!
