If you are having issues with refunding a purchase make through Greyhound, the best time is to call immediately. If you call within 24 hours of the booking you should be able to get a full refund.

Ref no.**********Email linked to to ref:*****@***.com*Car rental vendor: Thrifty Car rentals***What happened is when the customer reached the car rental they provided all the documentaion needed the only problem was the the card they used didn't have a name on the card but just the card no. Ect.....and were told that thrifty car rentals don't take cards without a name on them, therefore weren't allowed to take the car. *So the customer wants a refund.
GetHuman-pointjus did not yet indicate what Rentalcars.com should do to make this right.
