Get a refund as car hire has been paid for twice, once to Rentalcars.com and once directly to Greenmotion car hire ... Reference booking number*********. My name is Huw Morgan-Davies, and I have been a member of Rentalcars.com for many years.*Booking made on line with Rentalcars.com, and money taken off credit card on ****** for pick up of car on ****** at Stansted Airport at Greenmotion desk.*On arrival at the Greenmotion Desk on ******, credit card machine would not accept PIN number for deposit and no other card available at the time. Greenmotion assistant said he would cancel the Rental cars.com booking and do a manual fully insured booking using a debit card.*We agreed and signed form for Greenmotion booking number RES-****** and picked up the car the same day for a one week only booking. We now find that we have in fact paid twice. Once to rental cars.com on ****** and again to Greenmotion themselves on ******.*Car was returned punctually as per Greenmotion agreement on ******* at **.**hrs.**Would you please refund the payment to Rentalcars.com made on ****** onto the original credit card?*Thank you.**Please confirm receipt of this email.**Huw Morgan-Davies
Greenmotion employee did not cancel the Rental cars.com agreement as he said he would.
