I booked a reservation with Fox car rentals at the Denver international airport, when we got there after waiting ** minutes in line they told us they did not have the vehicle we booked available and tried to get us to book a vehicle that was $*** more than what I booked. My other option was a charger which they claim was similar to what I booked which was a Jeep Cherokee - not the same because I have snowboarding equipment and passengers and that is why I booked a small SUV and not a sedan. An hour and half later we ended up with a Kia sol. I don’t believe this is a reputable*Company that you should be working with. It is very sketchy when you walk in and the employees have zero customer service
