I booked a car last night for tomorrow morning on Bookings.com I presume a partner to rentalcars.com,this morning because of family commitments I had to cancel my booking,my booking reference is *Booking number: *********. I would like a refund of the money,I understand the policy of **hours but the policy does not say anything about booking within the **hours then cancelling within *-* hours later.**Regards
