I need to speak to a customer issue representative. I booked a reservation that was confirmed (*********). When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, Budget said there was not a vehicle available. I was not able to acquire a vehicle and had to find an alternative transportation method. I would like to get a discount on a future booking or a voucher on a future booking. This error cost me an extra day to find the alternate transportation.
