Hello. I made a booking to rent a vehicle on Friday the **rd November for the **th-**th November in St* Lucia. I received message on the website saying that this was a temporary or not a confirmed booking and I would be notified in ** hrs If my booking will be confirmed.**I received no email and had no reference to the attempted booking. Seeing that I needed the vehicle in less that **hrs I figured I was not successful.**I got to St. Lucia and still had not received any confirmation email or notification via email that I even had an unconfirmed booking.**At some point in the evening I got a phone call from an angent asking if I was coming to pick up my vehicle. I explained what I just did here and the response to me was "no problem Sir" or something similar to that effect.**Today however I am seeing that my credit card has been charged the amount of $***.** USD for a car that I did not rent.**I only realized this as the first email I received about this booking was this morning asking how was my trip to Castries and asking me to take a survey**"Thank you for renting with Rentalcars.com and Guys Car Rental. If you have two minutes, we would love to know how you feel about your rental. Just take our quick survey – and help us provide an even better service next time.
