Have our deposit returned ... This is to complain that we still haven't had our deposit returned. Our booking reference is *********, The booking was made from Avis in Dixon Street Lincoln uk, the term was from the *th of June to the *th July. we returned the on the *nd of july, they were actually pleased to see us, they were short of rentals. they told us,we would also get a rebate for returning the car early along with our * hundred & ** pounds deposit,it would be deposited in our bank account, That hasn't happen, we had the same problem last year with Rentalcars, but with a different Garage & also in Lincoln.. I've sent * emails , was promised that we wouid be contacted with in ** days, that hasen't happend, I,we googled Rentalcars, & yes, its loaded with complaints similar copliants & over charging. The Garages & Rentalcars dont seem to be on the same wave length as far as charging is concered, there is a lot of double standards & double dipping going on. We certainly wont let this go for a second time. We would be more than appreciated if this matter is cleared up as soon as possible. Thank you George & Anne Riach
