Booked a at rental but once o arrived to pick the car at the designated location the car rental was charging me a very high amount of car insurance which I decided to not take the car rental but it’s been charged on my account for the booking I did through rentalcar.com. I want to be reimbursement because I never used the car. It’s unfair that online they give one price and once you are at the location they want to apply other cost such as insurances that was only an option online.
GetHuman985958 did not yet indicate what Rentalcars.com should do to make this right.
