The issue in GetHuman-csiarom's own words
I booked a car over a month ago. Then I had to change the pick up day. I contacted them by chat and said that I have to change. They said that is no possible to change. Today I went to pick up the car and they said there is no car, because your booking was for * days ago. I already paid all fees and had to rent other car and pay everything again. I'm so disappointed with this mess. They have no answers, no solution, no car, just because I tried to change and they said no.
GetHuman-csiarom did not yet indicate what Rentalcars.com should do to make this right.
