I need to cancel my order but I have never received a copy of my voucher despite numerous attempts. I don't have my booking number as I've never received my voucher. When I try the " I don't know my booking number" on the website and put in my email adresss, it says I have no booking. *I previously spoke with someone on the phone who verbally gave me my booking number, but I gave mislaid it. *Today, I've tried calling over and over and get no answer. Please help.
