I am extremely unhappy. I am a first time customer and honestly it will be my last. My order was set to be delievered Friday November **th due to an event I have today Saturday November **th. My order is not yet here and I am * hours away from my event. So on top of the money I had spent to order those dresses from Rent the Runway, I now have to go out and buy a dress so I am prepared for my event. I am disappointed and now frantic to find a dress. I would appreciate a full refund.
