Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with Rent the Runway. Despite two emails alerting me that the dress I ordered was unavailable, I never received a replacement on August 17. I've been receiving return reminders for dresses I never got. I've tried contacting two stylists and calling with no success. I'm disappointed with the lack of customer service. Not only did I miss out on the dress for my event, but I didn't receive any dress at all. Now there's a risk of being charged a late fee as Rent the Runway thinks I have the dresses. This experience has been disheartening, with no dresses, poor communication, and having paid for a service I didn't receive. I would appreciate a refund or credit. My order number is [redacted]4. Hello, I received my order number #[redacted]8 today, one day late, but unfortunately, the essential items were missing. The BORDEAUX SAMANTHA GOWNs in size 4L and 6L were not in the package. Additionally, the extra dress I received was a size 6UK/2US instead of the 6US I ordered. The dress does not fit at all, and the bag I rented is too small for my phone. I have been attempting to contact customer service with no success. I placed a replacement order for the missing red dresses, but I am concerned they might not arrive in time for my event on Friday 5/3 at noon. I am considering canceling the order, but I wonder if there is any way to expedite the delivery of the red dresses today or exchange the gold bag for a larger size. The wrong-sized blue dress is now unusable to me. Any assistance today would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Julie.

Dear community members, I am Jessica S., and I want to share my experience with Rent the Runway. I have used their service three times and always had positive experiences. This week, however, I have tried to contact customer service three times without getting a response. I ordered a dress for a wedding last week on Sat, May 18, and also added the Commando thong for $36. Although I expected both items to arrive together, only the dress came on Thursday, not the underwear. I was disappointed to find out the underwear was scheduled for delivery on Monday. I was forced to purchase alternative underwear for the event. The Commando underwear arrived on Monday, and I would like a refund for the $36. I still have them in the shipping bag if needed for a return. I am a loyal customer of Rent the Runway and have even left a positive review for the dress I recently wore. I recommend their service to anyone who asks. I hope the company can resolve this issue and restore my confidence in their service. Thank you.

The recorded message instructs me to call during regular business hours, yet I've called multiple times throughout the day on weekdays.
