What I am trying to do is have someone above her explain what customer service is. Have a little bit of compassion or understanding people go thru things. I'm not saying forget they owe money but if they are really trying to make things right and will be able to keep things right HELP them get it right. FIRE her I have the ignorant texts and will forward them. I never want to see or be cause of... ... I have an issue with supposedly the store manager at the Smyrna, DE store. I am renting a fairly expensive gaming laptop for the*second time now within last year. I was laid off cause of this covid ** issue as have millions now, But in the whole time the only thing that changed and not on my behalf was my due date each week moved up to Mondays and I've repeatedly tried to ask and*or just pay on Friday after work or sat. morning. problem is i started back to temp work working out of state, I had auto pay set up, when I left told wife don't worry about RAC they are paid direct. I didn't hear anything for * weeks then she starts calling with demands and ultimatums, I checked it out and they had tried getting money from account on different day NONE THERE. I also realized Jose and another young lady had called left message ONCE each week. I called and went in and explained what happened to the * associates paid * weeks * week behind. Next day get call from mngr. saying she needs rest by *pm.I explain to her I am working out of town and would be impossible, she was going to go get the laptop until I told her it was with me also we would have to correspond by text message cause I'm not aloud to have phone in bldg or on it except break & lunch. She still calls *, * -* times a week threatening me cause I work till sat. and * of us carpool, I don't drive , come home sat. and i get paid by check, its also only part time construction work, she has been told all this . I keep paying * week payments and then she starts it has to be a week in advance & I reply it is that's how you start your contract, she is VERY rude and unprofessional as I in over **yrs as an electrical & HVAC TECH has ever seen and I'm in construction. She keeps wanting to take the computer, as everyone has worked with each other thru this crazy times I aunt tryin to get over or even special treatment, just go back to original payment day I will text that there is * wks payment in account and then she will reply that I better have $*** in to her by *pm ,Knowing full well I'm in North Jersey * hrs away and ride with someone else and don't get off till *:**pm. Last Tues while coworker was bringing me back to DE just so I could pay her, cause she had already sent truck to my house twice over $** had paid $** believe was on Friday before that yes i did. well we were in an accident totaling car, I was in hospital couple days and anther coworker*carpooler and driver spent week plus in hospital. I got out on Friday made $** payment and explained what happened to us and our phones were lost in all this wreck, why I didn't drop off payment or call, know what her response was? Nope no hope everyone ok ONLY response was someone will be out to get the merchandise !! So yesterday ****, I text her that there was * weeks payment, $**, in account and I was going to try and get back and come in with this weeks payment which technically isn't due till Friday, and all she text was she wanted merchandise and was checking to see if I was lying about laptop being in Jersey with me. Never took the money, and for like the *th or *th time sent truck to my house for all to see! Oh and the first laptop I had, I was let go from the company took it back into store and said I was coming back already had several months **-** @ $** a wk invested in it. roughly * mths later no calls from store, to make account current and get my laptop and it wasn't there they sold to someone else and there wasn't anymore to be had from any other store. A MSI gaming laptop * time better then this ACER that I have been paying on since March @ $** a week. Now she only wants the laptop as * weeks payment sits in the account. She has been very VERY rude, calls me couple times a day KNOWING Im not suppose to HAVE a phone on job site stays in car, if she calls and I forgot to turn volume down, well lets just say, Im being escorted off the site and fired. I don't want to deal with her ever again was ignorant selfish unprofessional and over ego not better then me or my wife whom she talks down to us. Embarrassing and giving RAC a bad image and name as I talk to others tell of their hellish experience with HER!! Nobody including myself has had any issues with the other PROFFESIONAL &, courteous associates.
It all started by a simple mistake, miscommunication between my wife and I, well biggest part was RAC tried getting money on a differant day of the week. Then to call only once a week leave message no follow up so I didnt know it was happening my wife was doing what I asked ofd her , nothing it was an auto pay and MY account to handle IF some one would called again
I dont want to ever deal with her again its sad cause RAC getting bad reputation cause of * person. get another store manager.*Let me uuuuu
I have been dealing with RAC since early ,**'s. Have paid several things off and just rented a few and gave back to the used merch. dept. I a making my payments, I make sure I communicate with the store if something should come up. We are human, **** happens
tried talking to a*other associates, but then they either ask her question or what ever how ever finds out its me on phone, she takes over .
