The issue in GetHuman-pierce_c's own words
On July **th, I signed a contract for what I was told was a Note *, which I asked for. In fact, I was hoodwinked and signed a contract for an S*, making my $***.** voucher void. (I have my contracts and voucher). I put $** cash down and set-up auto-pay but left without a physical product in hand because Ellen, the manager, said she needed more time to get it from another store. So, the following Saturday, I was delivered my "Note *" which turned out to actually be an S*. Not what I asked for. When I called Ellen, giving her the benefit of the doubt that there must have been a miscommunication, she asks why I needed such an expensive phone. I gave her a vague answer because, frankly, it's none of her business. She can either get the Note * or not. It's very simple. She allows me to hold onto the S* for a week while she gathers up a Note * as asked. Yesterday, they deliver what I believe to be the Note *, till I turn it on and it's a Note *. Getting closer! The kicker? Its Google account is locked to the previous owner!! She delivered to me a bum phone and puts it on the contract an S* Plus! **Unacceptable!!!**No communication and shes going to stick me with a locked phone, then dodge my calls. What kind of customer service is this called? Can you explain that to me? She knew full well the Note * wasnt going to be acceptable because she wrote the new contract up for an S* Plus! Who does that? Why? Why do that to a customer? Can you give me a good answer?**Needless to say, it's all going back. I want no part of that store in St Augustine, Florida and the manager Ellen. **I'd like someone to get back with me about this issue as I'm extremely angry by the way I've been treated and swindled. There is no excuse in being drug along this way. She either had the phone I wanted or a simple no would have sufficed.**I'd very much like a Galaxy Note * that can be used with the T-Mobile network as I requested. I'd like the $***.** voucher actually applied to the contract and I'd dearly love, instead of having to pay * months same as cash, I actually get ** months to pay it off for the trouble Ms. Ellen has put me through.**Thank you for your time and patience while reading through this mess.

How GetHuman-pierce_c fixed the problem
I contacted Corporate right away and told them in my own words what had happened, complete with dates, contact information, manager name, and store *. Unfortunately, the RAC I was dealing with is locally owned and operated and not bound by Corporate guidelines. However, they did put a message out to the District Manager and advised that I call back if I had not heard anything in ** hours. I didn't and I called back as advised. The second time, they sent the message Regional. I also gave the store an honest review of Google of my experience. Along with an email to management asking why other stores were told they would be happy to order one for me as that its protocol, but that I was out of service area. Less than * hours of sending her that email, she called asking which phone I was wanting. Her Regional Manager told her to make it right. She was very much in the wrong! Currently waiting for my phone to ship.
