I have always loved banking with regions and recommended regions to anyone looking for banking. Now I’m not so sure I want to bank here. I am highly upset with most of the customer service I received. I was approved for an auto loan first, then I had asked for an increase of $****, I was told no, I said ok well I’ll just go with what I got then proceeded to send the requested documents, I got them from the dealership. I was told it needed to have my address, done, sent it in, was told no now it needed to state regions as the lien holder, done, sent it back. Was told no, now it needed regions address. I got a little irritated that I had gone into a local branch, they told me they couldn’t help I needed to do this online. Online never sent me a reference number or a confirmation I submitted an application, or information on what I was approved for or any details. So therefore I had no idea what regions address they were talking about anyway, I get it send it back again, and was told no, now the format of the document needed changed. Did that call back , and now the address doesn’t match, they matched to me, well come to find out there was a loan for **,*** & another (which I was supposedly denied) for *****. So I had them delete the ***** loan. I was told it was a * day weekend but I was clear and I was good to go. Well the vehicle I’m purchasing ships in the dealer calls & im set up to come at * tomorrow. I call regions and I’m told my loan is t even closed because the address doesn’t match. I’m pretty livid at this point considering I was told I’m all good and it’s another three day weekend and I’ve been waiting on this car and going back and for with regions spending countless hours on hold and getting transferred around had a few very disrespectful rude representatives. Now I guess the other loan that was being deleted had the address I was wanting to use for the loan which is my business and the new loan(I was denied supposedly) had my home address. Now I can’t go get the car because everyone’s closed until Tuesday. After nearly * weeks of the back and forth when someone could have told me everything I needed at once instead of going back and forth. Now I’m screwed and it was completely on regions part for noone knowing what’s going on and getting everything mixed up but I’m having to bare the consequences.
