Incorrectly coded IRA deposit in **** for Prior Tax Year **** deposit. Moved out of town, accounts currently closed, but IRS is contesting my deductions due to the mistake Regions made in classifying the deposit made in early **** as a "current year" deposit instead of "prior year". Janet Michaels helped me get this issue resolved in late ****, but I cannot locate the corrected **** document for my wife's account, and the IRS is now asking for that document. I need a copy. My name - Charles Henry Cleveland, wife's name is Susana F. Cleveland.**Please reply ASAP.
