Hi. I’m struggling to pay bills and had to take out more money than was in my account o stay afloat until my check is deposited. My check was supposed to be deposited today and now will be deposited tomorrow ********. I was charged multiple overdrafts and (*) other atm withdrawal charge when I only used a different atm twice. I can not afford the overdraft charges and stay afloat. I’ve paid entirely too many overdraft charges since the pandemic. Will you please take care of the overdrafts that were incurred this week. Several other banks are not charging overdraft charges during the Pandemic. I’m also a breast cancer patient so I have incurred tons of medical bills on top of my regular bills and the overdrafts are taking all my extra money. Please help. I’m also very disappointed as a teller that works at the branch in Grenada, MS is telling my personal financial business and I can verify that because she told it to a friend of mine about how much was in my account and where my money was being spent. There is no telling who else this person has given and gossiped my personal banking info to. I’m very disappointed and feel violated. Please help because I’m getting ready to change banks if this is not addressed. Thank you, Devin Denley
