I submitted an online app after receiving a request to apply and did so. I requested to provide me with an idea of interest rate based on my *** plus fico and later received info that all info must be provided. I then asked that my app be cancelled. I then received a Denial Letter from you. I made my request to remove my request and you sent me a denial which will now reflect me as a rejection. How do you explain that?
