I thought I was a customer at regions. my account went into a negative status when I lost my job a couple of weeks ago. so I wasn't able to bring it to a positive bal. so now I just made a mobile payroll deposit of ***.** and its want allow me to transfer funds into the open checking account that I thought was active. im desperate because my lights have been shut off and I need a portion of my funds to turn my lights on for my kids sake.
GetHuman931677 did not yet indicate what Regions Bank should do to make this right.
