I walked in and attempted to shop before I did I asked Dave where the old navy was because I planned on shopping at old navy after I left the Reebok store. Before he had a chance to answer Abigail screamed from the other side of the store there’s a map outside You can go check Apparently she felt I wasn’t good enough to get a answer from her co workers.Abigail made me feel very unwelcomed .When I walked away she began telling Dave well it’s not our problem.After I asked for directions.He came over an apologized right away for her actions.Seems kinda backwards a employee having to apologize for managements bad behavior. Then I started shopping around an I asked Dave about the fitting rooms Abigail once again felt the need to barge in when I was talking to him not her an wouldn’t let him speak.She said the fitting rooms were closed due to COVID ** but she spoke to me like she was little girl with a management position an ego trip.Ive Been In this store twice I can tell you both times Dave shows all the credibility of a management an a human being he’s friendly,he’s fast,he suggestively sells,he’s organized.Abiigal is the worst!I refuse to go back in that store unless she is not there an she DEFINITELY does not need to be a manager.Shes a child an acts like one to.
