Very unprofessional staff in leela ambience Gurgaon show room. they themselves are not clear about policy & procedure and behaved as if they are giving the stuff for free. I want this matter to escalated till the top level. looking forward for the call from some professional person.

Just exchange with any other product for which they said they will not give discount if discount is applicable also. ... Bought ** jacket ** days back. On Tuesday or Wednesday i went back to them and said that there is a issue with fitting and would like to exchange it. But right now i am not liking anything if you can give ma a credit note that will be great, They simply denied that and said that we do not give credit note. you can exchange it within ** month. I clearly asked them that will it can be exchanged in sale also. they said yes. Not today i liked one shoes and then they replied that you will not get the discount as it will be exchanged. I said i am not asking for balance i will buy something else also. but they clearly said that it is not possible. I bought the new shoes also and paid them. And i said that i don''t want this jacket you keep it with you only and they were like ok. However one mistake was done by me also that i removed the tag and carried with me. But very first time i informed that it is not used. At that time they said ok and we agree with that. now they are saying it is used. but it is not at all used. and gave very weird example that people keep tag and they use it and give it back. which was simply not acceptable by me.
They did not try to help me and was no hospitality and they were too rude.
Staff should say sorry for there rude behavior and call me back with a solution.
we keep on buying stuff from Reebok. that they billing was also for INR ***** Approx out of which i requested to exchange.
