I am experiencing several issues with my Redmi 10C that I wish to address. Firstly, the phone frequently freezes despite my primary use being YouTube and rarely browsers. I do not partake in gaming or heavy applications, yet the performance is unsatisfactory. Secondly, although the phone has 4GB of RAM, the performance seems more akin to 2GB of RAM. Lastly, when playing a movie at 2x speed, both audio and video tend to skip 10-20 seconds and the screen lags. I must admit, my relatives cautioned me against purchasing a Redmi phone, but I trusted the brand, believing they had rectified most bugs. Unfortunately, it seems I have been let down as no significant improvements have been made. I sincerely hope that Redmi addresses these issues promptly and improves their services, so I can genuinely commend their efforts. If any official representative comes across this message, I am open to sharing more details about the problems I am facing.

After wiping my phone, I encountered an issue resetting it as it prompted me to enter my MI password, which I forgot. Following the forgot password link sent to my email, I successfully reset it. However, upon attempting to log in with the new password, an "incorrect" message appeared. I then noticed two different ID numbers, one on the phone and a different one in the password reset message, both associated with my number. This discrepancy is hindering me from accessing my first Redmi phone, the Xiaomi Redmi 8. I seek guidance on how to resolve this confusion. Thank you.

Hello, I am facing issues with my Redmi 9T 4/[redacted]. My local repair shop couldn't resolve the problem and informed me that the power supply might not be working correctly. Upon visiting RWDMI MI Francis, they diagnosed my phone as having a faulty board. They initially quoted a price of 15,[redacted] PKR for the replacement, but later changed it to 23,[redacted] PKR. After negotiations, they offered a discounted rate of 19,[redacted] PKR. I'm unsure how to proceed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I decided to connect my headphones to my phone to listen to music and turned on the Bluetooth. When I did this, it started blinking, turning on and off. I thought this was normal, but it has been happening ever since. I can't seem to turn the Bluetooth on or off completely. During the day, when I turned on the Bluetooth, everything was fine, and there were no problems. This issue is really concerning me.

I'm experiencing issues with my Redmi Note 8 phone when trying to transfer files to external storage using the Redmi data cable. Despite the phone showing up on my desktop computer, the transfer stops without completing. Additionally, when attempting to delete files from the phone's storage, they appear to be deleted but remain in the storage. I'm unable to transfer or delete files successfully.

I am having trouble opening the application as it shows an error: "java.lang.ClassCastException: java.lang.Long cannot be cast to java.lang.Integer." The error stack trace shows multiple method calls within the application.

My phone displays that it's charging, even though it's not plugged in. When connected to the charger, it doesn't charge either. Currently, I'm unable to charge my phone, and the battery is about to die. The charger works fine with other phones, just not with mine. There's a sound notification when I connect it to the charger. Your quick response would be highly appreciated. Thank you for your help. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. P.S: My phone worked fine before, this issue started suddenly.

I am encountering a recurring issue with the System Launcher on my Redmi Y3. The message indicating that the System Launcher has stopped keeps appearing, preventing the Home Screen from loading properly. I have attempted troubleshooting steps such as clearing the launcher's data, uninstalling/reinstalling updates, and restarting the device several times without success. Interestingly, the device operates normally in Safe Mode, with all previously installed applications functioning correctly when accessed through notifications. The problem seems to have arisen recently, as the device was working fine until yesterday.

I used the Redmi system application to listen to music on my phone. When I tried to turn off my phone by pressing the power button, the screen didn't respond. After a few attempts, I thought a reboot might help, but it just kept sending me back to the Main Menu (MIUI Recovery 5.0). Despite trying to reboot to the system repeatedly, my phone kept getting stuck in this loop and has been rebooting every 2-10 minutes for the last 3 hours. I'm concerned about losing all my data and would appreciate any help in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

To Xiaomi Service Centre, I am experiencing issues with my phone constantly freezing and restarting. Certain modes like picture-in-picture mode are also not functioning properly. Additionally, I am facing problems with incoming calls, where the phone indicates it is either switched off or busy, even though it is not. Dear Customer Service, I am writing regarding my User ID for the Xiao Mi Cloud Services. I recently switched from a Redmi Note 7 Pro to a Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus and encountered issues with signing in. While transferring data between the phones, my Mi Account was signed in with User ID [redacted]. However, the Mi Store was automatically signed in with a new User ID [redacted]. Unfortunately, I mistakenly deleted the old ID [redacted], and now I am unable to sign in, receiving an error message. I have attempted to reset the password multiple times, but I keep receiving an "invalid username or password" prompt. I recently bought the Redmi Note 12 5G Global Version and overall, I am happy with its performance. However, I am facing an issue with the system app updater not being clickable, which is preventing me from checking for updates and installing them. Moreover, my device is still on MIUI 13, and I am looking forward to upgrading to MIUI 14 and Android 13 for the latest features and security enhancements. I have attempted various troubleshooting methods like restarting my device, checking for updates in the settings, and ensuring a stable internet connection. Unfortunately, none of these actions have fixed the problem with the unresponsive system app updater or triggered the update to MIUI 14 and Android 13.

Hello, I recently factory reset my Redmi Note 9 Pro and everything seems to be working well, except for one issue. When I play YouTube or another player and lock the screen, the player stops working after about 5 minutes. I tried adjusting some battery-saving settings after watching YouTube videos, but I might have done something wrong unknowingly. Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. I am not facing a problem, but a choice. I want to buy a new phone. I am considering the Xiaomi Redmi or smartphones from Realme. I am unsure about the latter. I am looking for a phone within 27,[redacted] rubles, and the monthly installment should not exceed 2,[redacted] rubles. Previously, I used the Samsung Galaxy A31. It broke down, for the second time. The first time, I almost completely shattered it, they replaced the touch screen, display, and more. Recently, it glitched badly. It restarted on its own, and after rebooting, it showed the message "phone launching". I gave the phone to dad to investigate. A small black spot appeared on the screen. Dad accidentally pressed on it, and the touch screen completely broke. I need a smartphone that will last long without failing after a year of use. I am considering models with 256GB of memory. It is also important that it has a powerful battery. I need it for gaming and communication, frequent device usage. It would be desirable for it to be sturdy. Most importantly, it should handle games like Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat, Call of Duty Mobile, Shadow Fight Arena. I already have a Mi Band 3 fitness bracelet from the Redmi line. I don't remember how old it is, but it serves me very well. No complaints.

I own a Redmi 12C phone that was functioning flawlessly until last week. Suddenly, the font changed, and I couldn't view full pages when visiting various websites. Additionally, my apps rearranged themselves on the phone. Navigating in and out of Facebook and WhatsApp has become difficult, with scrolling up and down taking a long time to exit a site. Previously, I had a Redmi 12 Pro, and while I adore the phones, it appears that the recent update has made the device less user-friendly. Thank you.

This morning, when I woke up, I noticed that the volume on my phone was decreasing on its own despite my attempts to increase it. Additionally, the power button was not responding to my presses. Suddenly, the phone turned off and now it shows "FASTBOOT" on the screen with an image of a robot appearing to fix an Android. I'm curious to know what happened, why it occurred, and how I can resolve it because this is not the first time this has happened.
