Dear sir*madam, *I Nitin Kumar, am the regular user of MI product, and continuosly using various product of MI, used various phone, currently I have * MI phone in my single family,*But now I am very disappointed by the service of MI, I recently purchased Redmi k **, and was enjoying its very latest updated software and all, yesterday I plugged in charger to charge my phone, after some time about **min when I disconnected my phone from charger I saw its screen does not working neither touch nor display, I went to many service centre in my local area in Laxmi Nagar, Delhi, but they refused to service it under warranty, one said that there is no screen in stock for Redmi k**, some sad that this screen can't be replaced under warranty,**Now I am very disappointed, my phone is physically in very good condition, even there is not single scratch present on my phone,**I am writing this mail to you to resolve my matter on the urgent basis so that I can enjoy uninterrupted service of MI.**Copy of bill is attached for your reference.**Thanks & Regards*Nitin Kumar***********
