Further, I wish to inform you that, the decision taken by the Service Center is based on certain criterions, which helps them determine that whether the problem has happened due to an accident or it is a defect in the device. Also, I would like to inform you that damages, such as self-repairs, exposure to water, damage caused by misuse, alternation, failure to comply with product manual are not covered under warranty .,,,,,,,,,,,,,......... Replace MY Device ... Hi I have purchased MI Note* Pro in ** June And In *th July I Have Put My Mobile IN Plastic Bag With Ziplock And Phone Was in My Pocket (UNDER Raincot) But Some Its Got Damaged I I Was Going To Home In My Scooter The Time Was *:** PM Evening When I Leave for Home In * PM I Reached My Home After Reaching Home I tried To Cheak My Mobile But I Not Turning ON My From My Home To service Center **km Far Away And its Already *:** PM So I think I Should Visit on Monday *th July When I Visited in MI Service Service I took token As Per Their Rules But Few Minitues Letter They Said Our Server Is Down We Cant Take Your Mobile Please Visit Tommorow well I again visited again and still same problem happends I really nervous with server problem and back to back * days I bunk my job So I decided to Show my Mobile in Local Shop They Oprnd mobile and told me that motherboard is totally Damaged U should have to visit early The Water was * Day in My mobile that damaged everything so called customer care I registered my mobile complate But they dont even Called me to verify And All The Time When I Disscuss Abbout My Problem They disconnct my Call directly ***the problem is B coz Of Server issue they did not take my Mobile To Cheak What actually happend And water was still in My Mobile Which Damaged Other Part As Well what should I Do whenever I call customer Care They Dissconnect My Call directly
They Are Not Accepting It Was Their And Server Fault

Well I am New customer MI I Have Used This Mobile only For * Days And I am Really impressed With Feutures OF Mi but One Thing I dont like, their services
I called them Lots OF Time Email Them But sadly They Dont Care About That
