I purchased Wonder Woman **** movie for $**.** with HD option. However, ** minutes into the movie the sharpness & clarity disappeared and displayed poor quality. *At first, I thought it was my television set yet, the clarity & sharpness came back ** mins later. I can say this never happened before. *With that being said, I find it discouraging and frustrating paying full price of $**.** for streaming a HD movie and getting poor quality in any part of the film. Second, I did not see any disclaimer where streaming from your website would cause poor quality. *I would like to request a **% refund or a promo code to stream another movie for free. Please let me know. Thank you for listening. *Heidi
