Got a code to own a FREE DVD, so ordered it and picked it up. Now I see on my email recept, Redbox charged me $*.** on the final receipt. *Also, I rented a lot of DVDs and was charge $*.** for them on my credit card, even though when I reserved the DVDs I had codes. Why was i charged regular price on my credit card for DVDs I rented with codes? Also, why am I being charged to own the DVD which was supposed to be FREE? Also, it says I need to bring it back, because it's a rental? I'm on my dinner break at work at a hospital, so can't watch it tonight. I wanted to watch it tomorrow evening when Im off, since it's supposed to be MINE as a free purchase with code. Please let me know what the problem it with all these charges when I used codes. DO I HAVE TO BRING THE FANATIC DVD BACK OR DO I OWN IT AND CAN WATCH IT ON MY DAY OFF? Also, what's up with all the rental charges? Thanks for your speedy attention. Karen
