Every time I use Redbox I get charged multiple times for one rental last time I was charged over ** times for renting one movie I had to cancel my debit card to my bank account and so I started using a different card a cash card I have rented one movie and now I'm being charged multiple times for that movie again I've called customer service they act like they don't know what I'm talkin about I've asked to speak to supervisors they put me on infinite hold I never got to speak to a supervisor I'm fixing to put you guys on blast because this is the third time this is happened I've been charged multiple times for one movie rental I will not be using my debit card at Redbox ever again so promo codes and all that **** is not going to help me I want my money back
